And now we're looking for a business support assistant who'll champion those values and be one of those all-important first points of contact.
The role
This is a part-time post, working in our city centre office from Tuesday to Friday, with the possibility of full time for holiday cover.
The duties for this office-based role include —
Answering and forwarding calls and email enquiries
Welcoming and greeting clients
Preparing catering requirements for internal meetings
Administrative duties including ordering stationery, clearing rooms after meetings and managing catering supplies
Skills
You'll need to be an all-rounder. Someone who can demonstrate —
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence using Microsoft Outlook and Windows Office
You'll have a well organised approach, all the while maintaining a keen eye for detail and presentation
For this role, our ideal candidate will have a full, UK driving licence, though this isn’t essential.
You’ll also be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and will work well in a team.
