This is advertised as a full-time post, but of course we'll consider part-time hours for a perfect fit candidate, if that's what works.
Who we're looking for and the role
You'll be experienced working in a cashroom environment.
Of course, we're looking for someone with strong numeric and communication skills who can work on their own just as well as they collaborate with colleagues. You'll be IT literate and comfortable working with the likes of Excel and Outlook and will come into your own in a busy, fast-changing environment.
Duties include —
Posting client and firm transactions on the accounting system
Daily balancing
Daily banking of incoming cheques and processing any outgoing requests for cheques
Processing incoming work such as clients receipts/payments, payment of the firm's invoices
Purchase ledger processing of the firm's invoices
Assisting with month-end processes
Ad-hoc duties as required
