The role
Our team represents a wide range of clients across various sectors, including international energy companies, as well as landowners involved in renewable energy projects such as wind turbines, battery storage, solar, and hydro-electric developments. We also work with national housebuilders, developers and property investors.
The candidates will join a collaborative department comprising personal assistants, a paralegal, trainees, qualified solicitors, senior associates, partners and consultants.
This position covers all aspects of commercial property law, with opportunities to specialise in specific areas.
The role involves —
Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
Landlord and tenant leasing and management documentation
Site acquisition and assembly for housebuilders
Title analysis and reporting, along with other due diligence matters
Acquiring investment properties
Development sales and letting agreements
Secured lending transactions with banks and other lenders
Handling renewable energy projects, including battery storage, wind turbines, solar, and hydro-electric developments
Managing transactions related to hotels, restaurants, retail, and leisure sectors
You’ll receive day-to-day support and mentoring within a highly supportive department.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial property, though we also welcome applications from those with a residential conveyancing background looking for a career change.

Are proficient in relevant software, including Microsoft Office
