A central part of our approach is our core values, which guide how we work with each other, and our clients.

The role

We're looking to recruit a conveyancing solicitor or paralegal. While this role is based in our central Church Street office, we'd love to hear from you if you're looking for a hybrid working role.

  • Providing legal advice on all residential conveyancing matters

  • Working on purchases and sales, as well as transfer of titles

What can you bring to Ledingham Chalmers?

The ideal candidate will most likely have residential property experience, but we would be keen to hear from you if you have a commercial or rural background and are looking for a change.

We're also looking for someone who can champion our core values and be a strong advocate for delivering a valuable service for our clients.

You'll be able to demonstrate —

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • The ability to work under your own initiative

  • Good communication, time management and organisational skills

  • Success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

  • A client advocacy approach — specifically that you understand the importance of providing an accessible, positive experience for clients from start to finish
