A bit about us.
This video marks three decades of Ledingham Chalmers and explores our heritage, culture and what happens next, including our ambitious growth plans to double revenue to £25million by 2025.
Our marketing team is an important part of delivering those plans, with our core values guiding how we work with each other, and our clients.

The marketing assistant will provide a broad range of support including —
Supporting event management and business development activities
Helping deliver marketing campaigns and sponsorship initiatives, as well as monitoring their results
Overseeing the use of our brand and ensuring it's consistent and in line with our guidelines
Supporting work on our service charter in line with our core value to satisfy and impress our clients

Providing general office support including briefing suppliers and consultants such as photographers, designers, caterers and printers
Maintaining and updating our contact database as well as issuing mailers and questionnaires

We'd welcome applications for hybrid working, and while the marketing team is based in Aberdeen, we would consider applications from people keen to work from any of our offices.

You'll also be able to demonstrate —
You're inquisitive with a desire to learn
A keen attention to detail
That you're organised, diligent and get things done
An ability to successfully prioritise and handle multiple projects
Strong communication skills
Your ability when it comes to problem solving and creative thinking
Why Ledingham Chalmers?
This role is ideal for someone keen to make their mark in the marketing discipline. We're a small team, so it's the perfect opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience for career development, with the support of colleagues in the team, as well as across the firm.
A few months ago we announced our latest figures, showing increased profits for the 2020/2021 financial year. At the same time we revealed we'd be investing six-figures over the next 12 months as part of our growth strategy to double revenue to £25million by 2025. Having the right team in place will, of course, be instrumental to reaching that goal.
Importantly too, this role comes with an attractive remuneration and holiday package as well as other bonuses, subject to qualifying conditions, and an additional day off on top of holiday entitlement for your birthday.
