Office assistant
Duties
The duties for this office-based role include —
Preparing catering requirements for internal meetings
Clearing rooms after meetings
Re-stocking essential catering supplies eg, milk, tea and coffee
Covering reception during lunch breaks, absences and holiday cover, including answering phones and forwarding calls
Mailroom assistant
Duties
Uplifting document exchange (DX) mail each morning
Opening, distributing and scanning all mail
Preparing mail for collection and delivering documents, as required
Picking up internal mail
Preparing and dropping off DX mail
Light maintenance duties including arranging vehicle servicing and MOTs and the restocking of stationery
Banking, as required
Supporting the residential property team with deliveries, as required, including those relating to settlements and closings
Skills
For both of these roles, our ideal candidates will have a full, UK driving licence and will be able to demonstrate good communication skills and attention detail as well as show they're confident using Microsoft Outlook.
They'll also both be organised, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and will work well in a team.
For the office assistant, food handling experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
