The role and requirement
Our office in Stirling is a crucial part of our Scottish network. Across Stirling, Aberdeen and Inverness, we're established as a key player in the rural sector, and team changes mean there's an opportunity to broaden our legal offering further, working closely with colleagues nationwide, including those based in our other Central Belt office in Edinburgh.
We're growing fast, and with that in mind, we're looking for a PA to join us. Our ideal candidate will have organisational skills that are second to none, as well as keen attention to detail.
You’ll also be an unflappable problem solver and a great communicator (you’ll often be the first point of contact for clients). You'll be confident using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
You'll be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to a varied and interesting workload including —
Managing and directing queries, including those from clients, to the appropriate colleague
Meeting organisation and support
Client case administration including compliance, billing and opening/closing files
Documentation management and filing as well as audio typing
General administrative duties
