This role, based in our Inverness office, will involve working on purchases and sale of rural property as well as security work, agricultural tenancy work, crofting and advising farming businesses.
If successful, you'll have your own busy caseload and you'll also work alongside partners in large and complex transactions.
It's likely our ideal candidate will have been qualified for at least two to five years, but we're looking for someone who's the right fit for our team so will consider applicants with different levels of experience.
Ideally too you'd have prior experience of rural property work, but we'd also welcome applications from people who have a background in commercial and residential property.
You'll also be able to demonstrate —
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication, time management and organisational skills
Ability to work under your own initiative
A first-rate client track record
There are excellent prospects for personal development, as well for business development and growing your own client base. The role also comes with a competitive remuneration and holiday package.
While based in Inverness, we'd consider candidates who could spend time working from any of our offices, including our Aberdeen headquarters. We would also welcome applications for hybrid working.
