Sales administrator — estate agency, Inverness

And now we're looking for a full-time sales administrator to join our busy team in Inverness.

The role

First impressions last. That's why it's so important we hit the mark every time people call us, or visit our York House office in Inverness. You'll be an all-important first point of contact for clients, suppliers and buyers, and a key part of our estate agency team.

The role’s responsibilities include —

  • General sales support

  • Booking viewing appointments and gathering feedback afterwards

  • Answering and forwarding calls

  • Welcoming and greeting clients and other visitors

  • Typing sales particulars from dictation and preparing floor plans

  • Assisting with accompanied viewings as well as property key management

  • Helping manage pool car use

Requirements

You'll need to be an all-rounder. Someone who can live and breathe our core values and demonstrate —

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • A strong understanding of what contributes to a positive client experience

  • Good organisational skills

  • Confidence and competence using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure, all the while maintaining a keen eye for detail

  • Experience in a similar estate agency post or another customer services role would be an advantage
