And now we're looking for valuation consultant with a great track record of conducting appraisals and winning client instructions to join our estate agency team in Aberdeen.
The role
The role involves travelling across the north east to visit clients at home and carry out property valuations.
It's crucial you provide the very best service, as well as identify and develop new business opportunities for the firm and its subsidiary Ledingham Chalmers Financial.
Application criteria
Our ideal candidate will —
Know the property market inside out
Demonstrate great organisational skills as well as attention to detail
Have an excellent track record when it comes to property valuations and providing the best client service
Be IT literate and comfortable using software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Have a full driving licence and be able to show a track record of winning new business
