Alanah provides commercial, strategic and pragmatic advice on all aspects of employment law. Her general advisory practice includes assisting employers with disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies and reorganisations, family friendly rights and executive hiring and exits.
She is experienced in advising employees in the north east, and provides legal advice in relation to settlement agreements and unfair dismissal claims.
Alanah also represents clients in the employment tribunal and handles the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
