Graeme Edward

Graeme is a solicitor-advocate and holds extended rights of audience to appear in the Court of Session and the UK Supreme Court. He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law. Graeme advises some of the UK’s largest general insurers as well as local authorities and public sector bodies. His main areas of expertise are in catastrophic, fatal, large loss and fraudulent claims. He also provides advice to private sector clients on health and safety issues and providing representation following criminal prosecution under health & safety legislation.
