She has knowledge in dealing with the discharge or postponement of Scottish Minister or third party securities and dealing with solvency search entries against parties within a transaction.
She is well-versed in Sasine titles, including voluntary registrations and reviewing new build, plot titles and access rights. She has some familiarity with title rectification, corrective conveyancing and the intricacies involved when dealing with croft land.
