Laila has experience of a wide range of commercial disputes and public sector matters such as procurement disputes and judicial reviews. She predominately deals with cases taking place in the Court of Session and regularly represents local authorities and public bodies. She also advises insurance clients on subrogation matters arising from property damage.
A past president of the Scottish Young Lawyer’s Association, Laila has experience in sheriff court matters and is a notary public.
