Sarah’s main focus is with public sector clients, local authorities and major insurers. She routinely acts for clients in the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session. Her casework includes defending personal injuries, motor claims, occupational disease cases, defamation and privacy claims. Sarah handles a range of commercial litigation in the courts, including a variety of contractual claims against public and non-public sector organisations. She also advises clients on the requirements to lodge caveats, including preparing and lodging caveats at the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. Sarah is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law.
